We are committed to complying with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 and strive to provide our customers with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with original tags and packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of receipt to allow us to rectify the issue in accordance with consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following:

Used personal care or hygiene items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Digital products or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may delay the refund beyond our control. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at nukleusreform2020@gmail.com.
