Shipping Policy (Malaysia)

At Nukleus Reform, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. Our shipping policy is guided by Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Guidelines for E-Commerce issued by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN).

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak

  • Selected international destinations (shipping costs and delivery times may vary)

Please ensure your address is correct and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including your tracking number (where applicable).

3. Shipping Time (Estimated Delivery)

📦 Domestic (Malaysia)

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

✈️ International

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & Australia: 7–14 business days

  • USA & others: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We may offer free shipping for specific products or promotions (if applicable).

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers such as:

  • J&T Express

  • Pos Laju

  • DHL Express

  • Ninja Van

  • Others as needed for international delivery

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Uncollected parcels from pickup points

… the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, or your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery for investigation. We will liaise with the courier service and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

8. Custom Duties & Import Taxes (for international orders)

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
